And now, here they are, in no particular order for your voting and viewing pleasure:

SEAN MORGAN (aka Mr Black Key): “fashion is an intriguing art form…skinny vintage ties with the modern day fitted short sleeve button shirts are my thing…I also coordinate them with plain black or polka dot bow ties…I really like to make things pop yet in a subtle way”

SETH AARON: “Fashion Designer and winner of Project Runway Season 7, thatz all”

JOHN WICKHAM: “…both eastside and west, people seem to flock, stopping to at least say hi and greet him…he just happens to be the only person at happy hour in a suit…some of the suits, he’s even made himself…even at Oregon’s Brewfest by the waterfront, this man was dressed to impress!”

KRIS KOBIN: “…whether I’m dressed in formal duds, work out wear or a swim suit, I always strive to have my own unique style…”

DAVID SCOTT: “As owners of a boutique downtown we get an eyeful of fashion on a daily basis…the good, the bad, and the ugly.  Every time David steps foot into our shop we are never disappointed…we actually nicknamed him the Best Dressed Man in Portland long before we knew there would be a contest for it…perfect balance of creativity, ingenuity, boldness, and pure class…”

RAHIM TUFTS: “…a high school English teacher who has an updated and great sense of style…his work attire is business casual, so enjoys dressing up and looking sharp for work & play.”

ZACH: “Zach is amazing, looks good in ANYTHING and is a Barista at Backspace…his hobbies include taking photos with all sorts of weird cameras and being awesome…”

RAIGHAN: “Raighan can rock a fedora like nobody’s business and can cook better than most chefs in the world.”

PLEASE VOTE BY POSTING A COMMENT BELOW INCLUDING AT LEAST YOUR FIRST NAME. PRIZES ARE AS FOLLOWS: $100 Gift Certificate from COLLIER, Socks from Sock It To Me, An Emperor’s Cut and Scalp Massage from Hair M, A Gift Pack from Pureology, Two Burgers and Fries from Helvetia Tavern, Cuff Links and a Ring from Sticks & Stones

Timberlake, Duffel Bags, & Friends w/ Benefits

Saturday, September 25th, 2010

Justin Timberlake is seen carrying a lot of baggage (although I doubt both Brittany AND Cameron can fit in there…) while filming his new movie Friends With Benefits. I’m guessing the Benefit is not sharing your luggage if you know what I mean…so get one of your own overnight bags under $100:

The Brothers Bray & Co. Weekender Bag $98 @ Urban Outfitters

Ben Sherman Dark Grey Canvas Duffel Bag only $71!!

Ties on Survivor?

Wednesday, September 22nd, 2010

From CBS

So, we haven’t seen every minute of every season of Survivor like Jimmy Johnson has, but we don’t think suiting up for the Nicaraguan beach will help start any fires…but, looking good anyway, Sash. Perhaps, try some swim trunks next time…

Is anyone still watching this show? Do you think the young or old team will win out this season?

Parke & Ronen Striped Swim Trunk 50% off for $49!

Halle Barry, Oliver Martinez, & Leather Jackets

Monday, September 20th, 2010

From XPOSUREPHOTOS.COM

Unless you want to look like a dad who overdressed for his kid’s t-ball game, LKc Style doesn’t recommend tying your nice leather jacket around your waist. If you can pull off a good leather jacket, just wear it…like a leather jacket is supposed to be worn–around your own shoulders…or your lady’s shoulders. Sorry Oliver, do not pass go (but do collect $200 for dating Halle Barry).

**Special congrats to Sean Kennedy of @Properties for winning the Free Tie Giveaway and to Michael Zaremba of Morris Graduate School of Management for winning the Free Webcam Closet Consultation!!**

Usher: DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love…with those glasses

Thursday, September 16th, 2010

From VEVO

OK, so you might not have the fancy feet that Usher does, but you can dress like him and stand in the corner looking mysterious instead. OR, actually get out there and freaking dance. In any case, here’s an affordable way to do either the next time you’re out on the town:

Levi’s® Faux-leather Moto Jacket on sale $74.99

Going The Distance, Charlie Day, and Vintage

If you’re in a long distance relationship, apparently you can dress however terribly you want during most days of your relationship. In the movie Going The Distance casual is king and we’re guessing the stylist for this movie did a lot of vintage and thrift shopping. If you’re looking to give bad advice to your lovesick friend, pick up a new version of Charlie Day’s (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia) vintage look here:

American Apparel Nylon Taffeta Wind Breaker in Burnt Orange $42

Ruffian for Threads & Heirs Shirt, Rugby over 50% for $19.99

Bradley Cooper, Airports, and Stubble

Friday, September 10th, 2010

From NPG.com

The swarthy Bradley Cooper (from The Hangover and The A-Team) is seen here getting the hell out of LAX airport…and he looks pretty put together doing it, all considering. Can you see this guy following after Steve McQueen, George Clooney, or Daniel Craig in about 25 years?? Annnnyway, in the mean time, pick up a sweater to bring out the blue in your eyes just like Cooper:

Topman Light Blue Stripe Crew $32

If you are STILL confused on how to dress while traveling, here’s a picture of Snoop Dogg on what NOT to wear:

Street Smarts: Sunflower Wedding in SW Portland

Thursday, September 9th, 2010

This is Steve. He was in a wedding this weekend. I loved the crispness of the black tux against the bright sunflower. I also dig the shawl lapel.

Don’t forget that LKc Style coordinates men’s wedding attire for grooms and groomsmen all over the US! E-mail laura.knepper@lkcstyle.com if you are looking for a special wedding wardrobe!
