Everyone in the men’s style blogosphere has been recently writing about the new 2011 season of the Carhartt Collection. It has the appearance of a lost era that would make Steve McQueen and James Dean proud. The ads are well done and get the idea across–Carhartt’s will keep you warmer than crap and you’ll look tough too. To me, though, instead of thinking of Carhartt’s being seen in an exclusive fashion LookBook…I remember them growing up on my dad. He’s not Steve McQueen, but he is always warmer than all of us in those Wisconsin winters. So, whoever you are and whatever you need (function or fashion)…consider a new look a Carhartts this year.
