This is Zachary. He’s such a bad ass with crazy hair to boot. Check out that belt too…
I am so fortunate to have attended the winter olympics this year in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It’s a beautiful countryside with a unique urban pocket. The highlight was seeing Lindsay Vonn win a gold medal at Whistler Mountain, but only seconded by the style of those weeks: FLAGS!
And some other things of interest:
I found myself in the Northwest again recently and noticed the (necessary) love affair with these guys and their hats. Hats can be an awesome addition to most outfits if appropriately matched. Consider these two Oregonians and their very different but stylish looks with hats:
Blaze in front of a cozy fire. Great outfit for day or night.
Nice crisp shirt w/ the sleeves rolled up just right.
Gearing up for the game in something a little more casual.
But notice how the brown in the hat coordinates with the brown in the shirt.
Here’s RJ bundled up for the Midwest cold in all black except for that awesome V-line of black-and-white-striped hoodie sweatshirt. Stay warm, LKc-ers!

Here’s Steven at a wedding I recently attended looking artfully disheveled in blues and grays after a full night of dancing …especially notice how he brought all the colors together in the tie.

Here’s Geyer dressed up for his birthday and about to grab some boots of beer for his birthday @ the Chicago Brauhaus in Lincoln Square. He’s smartly dressed in a hipster-meets-prep uniform. Great use of monochromatics (using different shades of the same color–in this case blue–to create depth) w/ a pop of yellow. The brown shoes make it old school casual and tie in the glasses. This is a great weekday casual event outfit. Happy Birthday Geyer!
