Tom Ford for H&M, World Explodes in Awesome

Friday, December 10th, 2010

One our favorite, but often out-of-reach-priced designers of suits and other spectacular man items, Tom Ford has been rumored to be in collaboration with one of our favorite often-in-reach-priced stores H&M! Swedish retailer H&M has been doing big US things lately (how else do you do it in America, we suppose) including but not limited to opening strategic stores from border to border and garnering MAJOR collaborations with top-notch, universally adored designers like Jimmy Choo, Cavalli, and Lanvin. Here’s to hoping Ford gives love not just to the lady shoppers of H&M but also to the growing number of sartorially inclined, but wallet-thinned young men in need of a few adult get-ups.

For now, Tom Ford at full price [soap starting at $18................]:

Hunting for Contrast Collars

Monday, November 29th, 2010

“Hi I saw a shirt that I liked. Tried finding it on the web and can’t find it. Wanted to know if you carry it. It’s like a light green color with flower prints on the collar and cuffs. Here is the link let me know I you have this in a large and if so what’s the cost. Thank you in advance and look forward to hearing from you.”–Alex

Alex, thanks for reading! LKc Style doesn’t carry any inventory, so we don’t have thw shirt you’re looking for that we previously posted about and it does appear to be sold out–and other unique contrast collar shirts are still hard to come across. BUT, here are a couple more contrast collar/cuff shirts that might interest you just as much hopefully! You can always have contrast collar shirts custom made by your tailor too!

YMC Classic 45 Shirt $133

Johnston & Murphy Tailored Fit Blottes Dot Print $59.99

Entourage: Ari in Gingham

Monday, July 19th, 2010

If you have been watching Entourage lately, you’ll notice Ari’s been rocking the gingham look lately…and rocking it well. Maybe it will really seal the deal in getting an NFL team to LA…then again, look at the Raiders…and the Rams…

Here’s a glimpse of a combo you saw in the last few episodes; I chose the blue instead of the purple in hopes that it might be an easier start for those of you shy to these particular patterns:

1901 Gingham Poplin Shirt $38.90 @ Nordstrom

ASOS Slim Tie in Blue $10.11
